Day 9 – Yak Kharka – Thorong Phedi (4450 m) 4 h of walk.
It is one of the most popular treks in Nepal.
The trek starts from 930 m (Ngadi) then the altitude gradually increases to 5416 m (Thorangla Pass). Chame, Muktinath, Tukucke, and Ghorepani are well known villages in the region. The trail climbs continuously up to Thorang - La (5416 m) and then descends steadily until the end except the Tatopani - Ghorepani route.
The interest of this hike is to discover several high mountains as well as the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural diversity that confers a real specificity to the two parts of the valley.

Day 13 – Tukuche – Lete (2480m.) 6 h of walk.
Day 14 – Lete – Tatopani (1130m.) 7 h of walk.
Day 15 – Tatopani – Ghorepani (2810m.) 7 h30 of walk.
Day 16 – Ghorepani – Poon Hill (3200m.) – Pokhara (820m.)
7 h of walk et 1h30 bus.
Day 17 – Pokhara – Katmandou Return by bus the morning from Pokhara
to Kathmandu (200 km and 6:30) or take the flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu
