Day 3 Namche Bazzar: rest day to acclimatize Possibility
Day 4 Namche Bazaar - Dole (4110 m): 5 h walk.
Day 5 Dole - Machhermo (4470 m): 3 h walk.
Day 6 Machhermo - Gokyo (4790 m): 3 h30 walk.
Day 7 Gokyo - Gokyo Ri (5357 m) - Na (4400m) 5 / 5 h 30 walk.
Day 8 Na - Phortse (3810 m): 3 h / 3 h30 walk.

The trek begins at about 2840 meters above sea level (Lukla), then climbs gradually to 4790 meters (Gokyo) and then to 5357 meters (Gokyo Ri), 5575 meters (Kala Patthar).
The majority of the trek will take place above 3000 meters.
The trail is often up and down most of the time and it is therefore necessary that the hikers prepare physically before making this trek.
The itinerary we propose is of a classic duration: it can be increased or decreased according to necessity.

Day 12 Labuche – Kalapatthar (5575 m) – Gorakshep (5140 m) : 7 h walk.
Day 13 Gorakshep – Dingboche (4410m) : 5 h walk.
Day 14 Dingboche – Tyangboche (3860 m) : 6 h à 6 h 30 walk.
Day 15 Tyangboche – Jorsalle (2740m) : 6 h walk.
Day 16 Jorsalle – Lukla (2840 m) : 5 h walk.
Day 17 Lukla – Katmandou : Vol jusqu’à Katmandou à partir de Lukla.
