Trekking Kanchanjungha base camp N et S

Retour (historique)

Kanchanjungha is the third highest peak in the world and one of the most beautiful and remote regions in Nepal. This region, virgin tourist exploitation, is still surrounded by mystery. The trek runs through pleasant villages and then climbs to high regions: we will have superb views of majestic mountains and the opportunity to discover the abundant wild life of this territory.

It is located in the extreme northeastern part of Nepal: Sikkim borders an Indian state to the east and China to the north. The fauna mainly includes the musk deer, the blue sheep and for those who believe, the Yeti! This trek begins in Tumlingtar or Taplejung which are accessible by air, or Ilam or Basantpur accessible by road. The majestic summits, Yalung glaciers and a wide variety of natural vegetation and agricultural areas are to be discovered in this area with magnificent views of Mount Everest, Makalu and Kanchanjunga massif. You will make an unforgettable trip.
