This area is located in the eastern part of Nepal at the foot of Mount Everest, Rollwaling and the Himalayas.

This region has taken the name of the Nambur peak although there are many other peaks nearby. It allows the discovery of fascinating landscapes and beautiful mountains and especially a unique culture: traditions and way of life of the sherpas peoples.

This population is Buddhist. You can also discover the newari culture that is Hindu. In addition, this trek will allow you to observe the rich biodiversity along the valleys of Khimti and Likhu whose climatic variations range from temperate to alpine.

You will have the opportunity to discover the first Yak Cheese Factory for the trek

 Day 1.  Katmandou – Jiri – Sivalaya  (1770m) 7 h de bus.

 Day 2.  Sivalaya – Khahare (2174 m) 5 h  walk

 Day 3.  Khahare – Panipakha : 5 h à 5 h 30  walk.

 Day 4.  Panipakha – Manidanda (3937 m) 4 h  walk.

 Day 5.  Manidanda – Jatapokhari (4250m) 3 h 30  walk.

 Day 6. Jatapokhari – Panch Pokhari (4250 m) – Kholakharka (4400m)  1 h 30  walk.

 Day 7.  Kholakharka – Tarekharka (4141 m) 4 h 30  walk.

 Day 8.   Tarekharka Repos

 Day 9.   Tarekharka – Negju Kharka (3680 m) 5 h / 5 h 30  walk.

 Day 10.  Ngejo Kharka – Lhachhewar (2766 m) 5 h / 5 h 30  walk.

 Day 11.  Lhachhewar – Kyama (2254 m) 5 h / 5 h 30  walk.

 Day 12.  Kyama – Sherding (3360 m)   5 h 30 / 6 h  walk.

 Day 13.  Sherding – Shivalaya (1790 m) 6 / 6 h 30  walk.

 Day 14.  Shivalaya – Katmandou : Return by bus : 7 h.
